Continuous painting of aluminium coils

The DMAX INTAL aluminium laminates are made through a continuous liquid painting process by means of coating heads consisting of rollers. The process is complemented by a Chrome-free surface chemical conversion treatment, that increases resistance to external agents and ensure a greater durability over time.

The result is the DMAX INTAL high performance laminate, light and simple to install once worked, particularly suitable in architecture. The most convenient and safe alternative compared to common composite laminates (Aluminium - LDPE - Aluminium).

The DMAX INTAL laminate suitable for the realization of panels, consists of:

• high thickness aluminium (2 - 2.5 - 3 mm) in precious alloy
• minimum 25 micron liquid paint coating, in high performance PVDF resistant to external agents
• high resistance to mechanical deformation and high workability at the same time
• maximum fire resistance (class A1 / 0)
• infinite colour and finish possibilities, which can also be achieved following customer samples
• 100% recyclable, completely respectful of the environment
• perfectly flat.
