Fire resistant aluminium architectural facades

Dmax^® is an exclusive high thickness, and high performance coil-coated sheet, ideal for modern, safe, and very good-looking aluminium architectural facades. It is the solution we have designed for large buildings and skyscrapers, the result of many years of experience in the construction industry and in the manufacture of aluminium.

Dmax^® was designed as the practical, high quality answer to requirements for panel quality, 2-3 mm thick aluminium, as a solid metal alternative to the usual aluminium/plastic composite panels. This difference makes INTAL^®'s panels more efficient and safer, because they use no flammable materials. Fire resistance is provided by a special PVDF coating. Not surprisingly, Dmax^® achieved Exova's international Class 0 fire certification.

The Dmax^® aluminium sheet is a more convenient, safer and better-looking solution, compared to ordinary composite sheets, thanks to its flatness (continuous stretching), workability (no milling or riveting), broad range of finishes (metallic, iridescent, pastel) and to its competitive cost.
